Who we are

TCHOG is a faith-based children's home. We believe every child is precious to God and deserves to grow up safe, healthy and hopeful.

Our caregivers live alongside the children, so home here feels like home: shared meals, homework at the table, prayer at night and someone who notices when a child is quiet. We work with social welfare officers and families to reunite children with relatives wherever that is safe, and we stay with every child until they can stand on their own.

How we care for the children

  • A safe home

    Clean rooms, three good meals a day and caregivers who are there day and night.

  • School and learning

    Fees, uniforms and books paid for, plus evening homework help and reading time.

  • Health

    Health insurance, regular check-ups and prompt care when a child is unwell.

  • Faith and character

    Church, Bible club and mentoring that build values the children carry for life.

  • Skills for adult life

    Older children learn practical trades, money skills and get support into further study or work.

    Ways to help

    Give

    Gifts pay for food, school fees and healthcare. Any amount makes a difference, and we report back on how it is used.

    Donate items

    We always need rice, oil, toiletries, school supplies, shoes, clothing, etc for ages 3 to 18. Please contact us before dropping things off.

    Volunteer or visit

    Churches, schools and groups are welcome to visit, read with the children or share a skill. Send us an enquiry to arrange a date.
