1. Start by choosing the type of post you want to make from the top left menu, under "Create Content." You can create a bike post or blog post.
2. You'll see a standard posting form on the next page. To insert an image, click the green photo button in the toolbar next to the anchor.

3. A new window will pop up asking you to locate the image. To take an image from your computer and upload it to the server to include in your post, click the box after the blank field corresponding to Image URL.

4. A new window will pop up showing your library of pictures on the server. To add images to your account on the server, click the 'Upload' button.

5. Another window will pop up allowing you to locate the picture on your computer. Hit OK to select that image.

6. If the file transfer worked, you will see a listing for your image showing its details, and a preview of the image near the bottom right. If you don't see the file listed, then the file transfer failed. Most likely this is because the image you have selected is too large. You must shrink the images to a filesize of no more than 800x600 pixels.
7. To confirm that this is the image you want to use in your post, click the "Send to TinyMCE" button. TinyMCE is the software that handles images.

8. When you click "Send to TinyMCE," that window will disappear and the Image URL field will now be filled in for you on the screen that was underneath. You may fill out any other details for the photo, then click OK.

9. Finally, the image from your computer is embedden within your post. .
